I trod the ground of barren land

But all was mire and shifting sand

I cried, was heard the anguished plea

My Saviour came and rescued me

My God is just all over the place

The sea the hills they know His feet

Yet He’s found on His throne seat

How to find Him when He’s anywhere

Just take time to send God a prayer

In front of my way

For I have to travel on

Bring it to Him, kneel at His feet
